House Passes Resolution To Make Mueller Report Public

The saga of Robert Mueller’s infamous Russia investigation just keeps on getting better and better.

According to new developments from The Daily Caller News Foundation, the House of Representatives passed a resolution which would publicize the findings of Mueller’s probe following its completion.

Reviewing the Newly Passed Resolution

The resolution garnered full support from all 420 House members. Unanimous support for the resolution comes after almost two-years of Mueller’s probe dragging on. Despite the longevity, the special counsel has yet to produce evidence or findings which indicate that President Trump colluded with the Russian government in order to win the 2016 presidential election.

While left-leaning Americans have overwhelmingly supported the probe, their right-wing counterparts have dismissed Mueller’s investigation as a hoax and a politically-motivated witch hunt.

House GOP Rep. Mark Gaetz provided additional details about the successful resolution during remarks to the press:

“I’ve said to millions of Americans on television that I support releasing the Mueller report. I take specific exception to the elements of the resolution noting praise for Mueller, without also noting the criticism of his very biased staffing decisions. It’s like he was fishing for talent in the Hillary Clinton fan club aquarium.”

The Case for Publicizing the Probe Results

Mueller’s investigation has lagged on and on. The determination to prove that Trump is guilty of a crime which he never committed has cost American taxpayers millions of dollars. The least the government can do is ensure that Americans are fully aware of the probe and all that it entails.

Talk of the Mueller investigation reaching its end has been underway for quite some time. Many people in this country are left scratching their heads and wondering how long this can possibly go on. As it currently stands, the probe is still very much ongoing. Only time will determine when Mueller elects to wrap up his investigation and turn the results over to the American people once and for all.
